Thank You very much for your letter. I hope your studies are going well and you are healthy and happy. In your last letter you ask, if I can find a summer cottage on the coast. So, yesterday I think I’ve found the perfect summer cottage for you and your friends.
It’s is a really nice, quiet and exiting location. The Villa is situated in the most beautiful part of Palanga, in the street Žiogupys, and it is just 1 km from the seashore, next to the stadium and to wonderful Botanical Park with unique Amber Museum. Also, the rent for the villa is about 150 Litas a day.
You told me, that you want an interesting cottage or villa. So this villa is timbered and looks really charming outside. The territory of villa is environed with fence and green blooming trees and hedge. In the back yard there’re outdoor relaxation furniture and the playground for children. Grill in the back yard for barbecue and steak preparation is also available.
Inside looks very cozy and comfortable. There’re two floors. On the ground floor is a mini kitchen, a spacious dinning room, a snug living room, a quiet corner to relax and a WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and bathrooms. Apartments are fully equipped. All rooms are equipped with soft furnishings; there are TV Satellite, DVD and Internet. Also the saunas pleasures are offered to the fans. If you will, you can make the tour with bicycles, because they are also available.
Bars and restaurants are situated in 50-200 meters. Breakfast and dinner are on request. There are organized interesting excursions, horse riding…
