In this topic I would like to talk about the health and how it is important to have a good health. To start with, health is important thing in person’s life, because it is the main and the biggest personal property. All parts of the body must work together properly to maintain physical health. But it is rather difficult to save our health in the best condition, because of lot of diseases, infections like a cancer, hepatit, stroke and others. Anny way harmful effect like smoking, drinking and drugs affect our health in bad too.
It is said, that 70 percent of young people smoke or have tried smoking. Well, I think that smoking is a bad thing. First of all, it is dangerous to us and to others. Secondly, smoking causes cancer and other various diseases. Doctors inform us about it, but smokers don‘t pay attention to it. Youngest usually like to imitate the adults, so for this purpose parents must noo smoke themselves. Smoking helps people to relax and they enjoy it. Eating too much salt, sugar and fat can make our risk greater of developing heart diseases. It is important to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, to use less salt and sugar in cooking. Some countries can fight diseases rather successfully, but the situation in Lithuania is not as modern as in neighbouring countries.
Personally, I think that we must save our health ourselves. Only clear body can affect our body hygiene. This includes teeth brushing after meals, regularly body washing. We should go to the spports clubs, because sport is very important in our life. It is a way leading us to healthy life. Good health is better than the best medicine.
In summary I want to say that sickness in the body bring sickness to the mind. Taking medicine is an unpleasant thing, and if we want to avoid it, we should go in sports clubs, eat various food, be in the fresh air and do exercises. Every person should care more about his health, be
