What do you typically eat on weekdays and weekends?
Food and drink are essential, because nobody can survive without them. Our body needs fuel to provide energy for all of it’s activities. In some countries people starve to death because they have no food like in Africa. In some other countries people have health problems. Eating too much of the wrong sorts of food, which has not vitamins lead to obese, unhealthiness.
Nutrients supply our body with energy, water, dietary fibre and raw materials. To get all the nutrients we should eat well balanced diet containing a variety of different food, providing all the vitamins we normally require. Vitamins are vital for growth, good health and maintenance of the normal functions of the body, especially when organism is growing. All the time we have to eat normal and balanced food, it does not matter if it is weekdays or weekends. We must know how to feed our self. We have to learn it from the books, form the Family doctors and from our wonderful parient. So try to eat not too much and not too little. Generally speaking, eating is not only necessity but also a social activity.
