Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a personal music centre that I bought from your shop three days ago. It is the worst purchase I have ever bought.
When I took it out of its box I realized that it is much bigger than I expected. To make matters worse it was so heavy that I could not carry it with me anywhere because stereo did not fit even in my jacket’s pocket.
While your advertisement stated that it includes headphones, I did not find them in the box and I had to buy new ones. I was trying to put stereo into carrying case when I saw that the zip is broken. Further more I found identical stereo which is cheaper for 5 £ at local shop.
The problems did not stop there. I tried to record audio but this facility did not work at all. Even worse – it destroyed my two favourite tapes.
Taking into consideration all the above I demand my money back or to exchange the original personal music centre for a new one.
