Importance of clean water: Clean water we can call drinking water, this water of sufficiently high quality that can be consumed or used without a risk to be infected. In most developed countries, the water supplied to households, commerce and industry is all of drinking water standard. Every day we are using water everywhere, preparing meals, drinking, getting shower, so am I, I try to drink it as much as I can because doctors say that human should drink at least 3 liters at day. Nowadays people waste water and it is harder to get it cleaner in case people population is growing, we didn’t imagine what means to live without clean water. To avoid wasting water people need to be sure there is no leaks, not to leave running water, buying wasting machines. To stop water pollution people have to be careful about what they throw down to sink or toilet. Don’t throw paints, oils or other forms of litter down the drain. Take care not to overuse pesticides and fertilisers. Not to throw litter into rivers, lakes or oceans. Help clean up any litter you see on beaches or in rivers and lakes, make sure it is safe to collect the litter and put it in a nearby dustbin. Clean water help us think clearly, increase our strength, makes immune system functions better and it is just a several reasons of many how important clean water is in our life.

Global warming:

Global warming is when the earth heats up. It happens when greenhouse gases trap heat and light from the sun in the earth’s atmosphere, which increases the temperature and this hurts many people, animals, and plants. There are two causes: man-made ant natural cause.Natural is release of methane gas from arctic metlands and that earth goes through a cycle of climate change. Mad-made do the most damage: pollute, burn bandage, transportation.

Global warming makes the sea rise, and when the sea rises, the water covers many low land islands. This is a big problem for many of the plants, animals, and people on islands. The water covers the plants and causes some of them to die. When they die, the animals lose a source of food, along with their habitat. Although animals have a better ability to adapt to what happens than plants do, they may die also. When the plants and animals die, people lose two sources of food, plant food and animal food. They may also lose their homes. As a result, they would also have to leave the area or die. This is called chain system. To stop this people can drivine with someone to a place that you are both going to. This minimizes the amount of greenhouse gases put into the air by a car. People can be more careful about leaving things turned on like the television, computer, and the lights. People can ride the buss, use bikes or even walk to reduse exhaust fumes. Planting trees and recycling garbage also helps.

Environmental protection Environmental protection is the main problem facing humanity nowadays. Ten years ago the world “ecology” hardly meant anything for the majority of people, but today we can’t help bearing it in our minds. It has happened because of the growing effect of the rapid industrial development of the natural world, which has negative features of its own. As a matter of fact the state of environment has greatly worsened of late. There is no doubt that soil, water and air are contaminated with toxic wastes. Over the past few years we have been constantly speaking about ozone holes, droughts, high level of radiation, about food contaminated with chemicals. Scientists in many countries are very much concerned about drastic changes in weather patterns. Weather patterns have been changing recently due to the global warming up the process and its major reason – the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is created by carbon dioxide emissions, released from the burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil and gas) in rich countries and a constantly increasing number of cars. Humans generate about 24 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide each year. It doesn’t take long to realise that there is no realistic chance of solving the greenhouse problem by planting trees to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Firstly we’d have to plant something like the area of Australia, and secondly this would only take carbon from the atmosphere while the trees were growing.
